3.15 x 18 wheel features a black hub with internals a chrome rim and a cadmium spoke and nipple set. Includes an early step star hub with a double roll Kelsey rim laced and trued. *NOTE: Rim is old stock from the 1980's so there may be some scuffs in the finish.
