How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We offer 3 business day delivery within the continental U.S. You can expect to receive your order between 5 - 7 business days from the date your order is placed. Shipping outside of the U.S. is currently unavailable at this time.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $200 (within the Continental U.S.). For all orders under $200 (within the Continental U.S.), we offer a flat shipping rate of $15 per order.
Shipping charges outside the U.S. will vary based on your delivery address and the size and weight of the product(s). Shipping is unavailable outside of the U.S. at this current time.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for online purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email may wind up in your email’s "spam" or “junk” folder, so be sure to check there and add Widowmaker's Boneyard to your "safe" list. If you cannot find the tracking information for your order, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us in the chat.
What if I would like to change my order after it’s placed?
We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Send an email to email@example.com or message us in the chat.
Can I return my purchase if I don't like it?

What is your return policy?
You may return your items within 30 days of the product delivery date for a full refund! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent with the returned item. Your order confirmation email is sufficient proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several business days.
Any shipping costs for an item is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Where is my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you replace products?
We only replace items if they are damaged when you receive them. General wear and tear on an item is not considered to be defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for a damaged item, please send photos of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements with you to return your item for a replacement.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not exchange items, but you may return your item for a full refund, if it is within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. Then, you may place a new order for the new item you would like. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on the return item. Shipping costs to return an item is non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange a Gift Card?
All sales are final for Gift Cards. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Why is my order being sent to me in multiple shipments?
In order to fulfill your order to the best of our ability we sometimes ship your items in multiple packages and/or from multiple locations, which can result in multiple shipments for a single order. You will receive an email notification for each of your packages that are shipped.
