Front or rear 16 x 3 wheel with chrome drop center rim chrome hub with 3/4 bearings installed and 40 twirled chrome spokes. NOTE: All spokes on wheel need to be inspected and re-torqued after 500 miles of original installation. For hubs with 27mm offset on each side.
