Replica gas tank is raw and has a fuel capacity of 2.4 gallons. Tank is for EFI models. Existing fuel pump gasket can be reused. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. The tank requires sanding and primer before painting. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. It is suggested to pressure test and use a tank sealer. Clean the inside of the tank. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean condition and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Before installation or painting check gas tank for any flaws. Do not grind or sand seams or welded joints. Clean the inside of the tank and pressure test. Check petcock openings esnuring petcock can be easily installed. Use proper hardware for the installation process.
