Originally designed to be used with the Hellings-Stellings handle bar conversion. The 1 handle bar conversion and rubber mounted Flanders risers allowed a vibration reduction alternative for the Spring Fork models of the 1940's. Snap throttle kit is for 1936-65 OHV conversion models with the brass linkert carburetors. Cable must be cut to length for each specific application.
